    Training coaches MBO Life Sciences

    Maandag 31 augustus en dinsdag 1 september zijn de loopbaancoaches van Life Sciences in Rottevalle geweest, om nader kennis te maken met, en samen te ontwikkelen aan, de manier waarop Loopbaancoaching wordt vormgegeven in het eerste jaar. Dit jaar was dat een bijeenkomst voor zowel BOL-, als BBL-coaches.

    De eerste dag zijn de loopbaancoaches bezig geweest met de visie op loopbaanbegeleiding, welke rol ze spelen daarin als coach. Belangrijk hierin is dat de coaches zichzelf kennen. Hiervoor werden ze meegenomen in Human Dynamics. Ze werden geconfronteerd met hoe ze zelf zijn, maar ook dat er veel verschillende menstypen zijn en dat elk type een eigen benadering vraagt. Dit hebben ze uitgewerkt met onder andere het spel: “Blik op talent”. 

    De tweede dag stond de ochtend in het teken van het belang van reflectie bij de ontwikkeling van een student. Niet alleen voor het ontwikkelen van kennis en vaardigheden, maar ook bij het ontwikkelen van zijn Loopbaancompetenties. Tijdens deze dag kwam ook het meetinstrument voor de Wendbaar Vakmanschap Competenties aan de orde en hoe dit gekoppeld is aan de portfolio in de Elektronische Leeromgeving. Er is ook hard gewerkt aan de invulling van de coaching, door concrete lessen, opdrachten en coaching opzetten te maken.
