    Hoe blijf je productief, innovatief en een aantrekkelijke werkgever?

    Hoe blijf je als organisatie productief, innovatief en een aantrekkelijke werkgever? Hiervoor ontwikkelden we met TNO het groeimodel voor lerende en innovatieve organisaties. 27 november hadden we de kick-off met acht bedrijven die met het model aan de slag gaan en hun groei en ontwikkel ervaringen met elkaar willen delen om zo elkaar te inspireren en van elkaar te leren.

    Een โ€˜๐’ˆ๐’“๐’๐’†๐’Š๐’Ž๐’๐’…๐’†๐’โ€™ voor lerende en innovatieve organisaties. Daar gaan we, samen met TNO voor! Waarom? Omdat we het leren en innoveren binnen het bedrijfsleven willen versterken. Een lekkere concrete stip op de horizon. Daar houden we van. Gisteren was de gezamenlijke kick-off van dit traject. Tijdens de kick-off hebben we spijkers met koppen geslagen. Want:

    Deze kick-off werd georganiseerd vanuit het project ๐‘ฎ๐’“๐’๐’†๐’๐’† ๐‘ป๐’“๐’‚๐’๐’”๐’Š๐’•๐’Š๐’† in ๐‘พ๐’‚๐’•๐’†๐’“, ๐‘ช๐’‰๐’†๐’Ž๐’Š๐’† ๐’†๐’ ๐‘ญ๐’๐’๐’…. In dit project verenigen vijf goed lopende publiek-private samenwerkingen (PPS’en) hun krachten: CIV Water, Centre of Expertise Water Technology (CEW), GreenPAC, Wendbaar vakmanschap in lerende organisaties (WVLO) en Bakery Sweets Center.
