    Groeimodel voor lerende en innovatieve organisaties

    Binnen WVLO gebruiken we het Groeimodel voor lerende en innovatieve organisaties om met bedrijven in gesprek te gaan over de vraag hoe ze de leercultuur binnen het bedrijf te versterken. Het groeimodel voor beschrijft per laag in de organisatie (medewerker, team, direct leidinggevenden, HR en directie) en per ‘fase van volwassenheid’ welke houding, gedrag en skills daarbij past. Het groeimodel is ontwikkeld op basis van wetenschappelijke theorieën over gedragsverandering, eigen regie en lerende en innovatieve organisaties. Binnen WVLO is het groeimodel in de praktijk getest en doorontwikkeld.
